indicate that you

understand them, and
agree to be legally
bound by them. These
terms may change
periodically, so
please review them

be family friendly.
Hate sites,
pornography sites,
child or animal
abuse sites,
witchcraft or Wicca
sites may not use my
graphics on their
sites.
If you use any of my
sets, you must link

This is the correct
link. Please do not
link to any other
page on my site. You
must also use the
matching logo
provided with each
set.
Only the graphics
specified as
Linkware may be
downloaded or saved
to your computer. Do
NOT save any of the
graphics that are
used to decorate my
main pages. They are
the property of
Poetry and Graphics
from TinasHeart and
they may NOT be
reproduced for any
reason.
Linkware sets may
not be used on a
commercial site or
any site attempting
to sell anything or
any site that
involves money such
as crib sites. Any
set that you
purchase may be used
on a commercial
site.
Dog and cat breeding
sites, photography
sites, etc. may not
use my sets unless
they are purchased
by me and you may
not add your own
photos into my
frames. The
graphics, purchased
or not, are not to
be altered in any
way. There will be
an extra fee for me
to insert each of
your photos into
frames.
If you are a
webmaster or web
designer who builds
sites for others for
a fee and you wish
to use my web sets,
you must first
purchase the set
from me. I can not
sell Contemporary
artist sets. You
will need to choose
a set that can be
purchased.
You may not
redistribute, sell,
or give away my
graphics in any
manner. Even if you
purchase a set, you
still may not sell
or give away the
graphics in any way.
You may not mix
sets. Each graphic
piece is made for
the particular set
it comes from and
may not be mixed
with other sets. The
only exception to
this is floaters.
You do not have to
use every piece of
the set if it is not
needed, nor do you
have to set your
page up exactly as I
have set my page up
but none of the
graphics may be
altered, mixed with
other sets, nor may
you use any of my
graphics, including
the backgrounds to
make your own
graphics, sets,
signature tags,
banners, guestbook
tags, or etc. You
may not alter,
resize, recolor,
change or modify any
of these graphics in
way, shape or form.
You may not use my
backgrounds to blend
into a new image of
any kind. Nor may
you use them to make
titles or buttons.
You may not use any
of my graphics as
stationary in
emails. That means
you can not take one
of my web sets and
set it up in an
email and pass
around to your
friends. If you wish
to share a page
found here, share a
link to the page. Do
not remove in part
or in whole any of
the graphics and
insert them into
emails. Do not use
them to create
stationary. They are
also not suitable
for print projects
of any kind. Contact
me if you wish to
purchase graphics
for a print project.
My Linkware Sets may
not be used on pay
only or members
only sites such as
MSN or Yahoo groups
or any other members
only sites where I
can not view the
site without
joining. That
includes any site
that requires a
password to enter.
If you wish to use
my poetry, you must
first email me and
ask for permission.
I have a few simple
guidelines for using
my poetry.
